to be held Wednesday, October 15, 2008 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Westgate Hotel, Fountain Terrace, 1055 Second Avenue, San Diego, to honor the recipient for the annual award for MEDIATOR OF THE YEAR.

In addition to honoring this year’s winner, join us to recognize the success of the Southern District of California’s mediation programs, and take this opportunity to meet and mix with the judges and members of our District’s bankruptcy community. Hors d’oeuvres will be served on the terrace.
