SDBF
was founded in 1989, and is affiliated with the California
Bankruptcy Forum, together with six other local
forums: Orange County, Los
Angeles, Bay Area,
Sacramento, Inland Empire, and Central California.
When you become a member of the San Diego Bankruptcy
Forum, you automatically become a member of the California
Bankruptcy Forum. Your membership entitles you
to receive the California
Bankruptcy Journal, a quarterly publication of the
California Bankruptcy Forum.
The
Bylaws
of SDBF provide for the annual election of directors
for staggered three year terms. The Board
of Directors meets about once per month.
