The Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts provides the procedures for safeguarding the confidentiality of tax information provided in accordance under 11 U.S.C. § 521, and the procedures for obtaining access to the tax information under 11 U.S.C. § 521(f).

BANKRUTPCY JUDGESHIP
SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF CALIFORNIA - SAN DIEGO  

A new bankruptcy court judge has been named. The judges of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals have appointed San Diego lawyer Laura Taylor as a judge for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.

Laura Taylor, a member of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum, who is in private practice with the law firm Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton and specializes in commercial and bankruptcy law, will replace Judge John Hargrove, who will retire January 4, 2008.
