Description:
This program explores the strategic use of Monthly Operating Reports (MORs) and 13-week cash flow statements to effectively analyze and track financial trends, manage liquidity during the course of the case, and ensure compliance in Chapter 11, Small Business, and Subchapter V cases, in support of a successful chapter 11 reorganization. The program will also cover key issues on the 11 U.S.C. § 707(b) means test, including recent trends and practical considerations for debtors and the consumer bankruptcy bar.
