Join us for a CLE event covering bankruptcy appeals with the Honorable Laura S. Taylor, who sits on the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP), a BAP Staff Attorney Sarah Stevenson, and BAP Law Clerk Daniel Nadal.

The three panelists will discuss the steps (and missteps) involved in prosecuting or defending bankruptcy appeals. Topics to include: appellate motion practice; what to consider when filing your notice of appeal; creating and designating your record on appeal; and briefing and oral argument.

A Panera Bread boxed lunch will be provided with registration for an additional fee of $15.00. The boxed lunch will include your choice of a turkey, ham, or a veggie Sandwich, chips, a cookie, and a bottled water.

Application for renewal of CA MCLE provider status is pending. Attendees will be notified immediately when renewal of provider status has been granted.
