Join our esteemed panelists as they explore various issues regarding voidable transactions. Our panelists will discuss the transformation from the UFTA to the UVTA, the process for analyzing a potential claim arising under the UVTA, the differences between voidable transaction practice under bankruptcy and state law, valuation and solvency issues, practice tips, choice of law issues in bankruptcy court proceedings, and the applicability of 11 U.S.C. § 522(g).
