Our esteemed panelists will provide an updated look at many of the different issues, practices, and strategies that come into play under 11 U.S.C. § 362 (the “Automatic Stay”) and its related provisions. The panelists will discuss its scope, recent case law on retroactive annulment, litigation in non-bankruptcy forums, in rem relief, valuation issues, and more.

This program will be hosted via Zoom.  A Zoom link and password will be provided to registrants in advance of the event.
