This program is a must for anyone who works in bankruptcy cases and expects to be compensated for that work.  Regardless of whether you work in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, or Chapter 11, working for the debtor or the trustee, there are certain rules and requirements to be followed if you want to be compensated.  This program will review the general requirements of the different chapters and different payment arrangements, disclosure requirements in all chapters (including the possible consequences of failure to properly disclose), fee application dos and don’ts, and other important issues.

[This program is eligible for 1.0 hour CA MCLE credit.]

The program will be hosted via Zoom.  A Zoom link and password will be provided to registrants in advance of the event.
