Settlement Agreements - In and out of Bankruptcy

Bankruptcy often entails litigation and compromise.  After the heavy lifting is done, the settlement agreement should not be a neglected afterthought.  The panel will discuss settlement agreements generally, with drafting tips, as well as bankruptcy-specific considerations.
