When the client needs to close a small business she owns, it is a very complex process, financially and emotionally. Many decisions have legal components but also involve business practices of the affected creditors. This program offers thoughts and strategies for winding up an insolvent business. The discussion does not presuppose a bankruptcy filing. The goal is to minimize stress and drama for all parties, both debtors and creditors.
